Bottled at 47.5% Vol with a limited number of bottles from this cask of 181 bottles. 

Nose: Soft baked banana bread, hints of vanilla pod, some spices that deliver a nice balance on the nose, toffee and nutty aromas, summer fruit preserve and a little soft ginger and honey. 

Palate: Fruity and creamy in equal measure on the front of the palate, some soft baked fruit sponge cakes, brioche and soft whipped cream and apricot jam. More fruit as this dram glides across the palate with ease, some tropical fruit cheesecake, with a deliciously rounded orange and vanilla cream, soft doughnuts and all spice round this dram off perfectly
