A none peated malt aged in mainly port wine casks holding 600L , American oak holding 200L. Bourbon Casks holding 200L and Oloroso
Nose: Orchard fruits, pears and red apple, lots of sweet creamy notes flow across the glass as this dram opens to reveal milk chocolate and whipped fudge, some slow roasted almond, hints of light honey and a touch of marzipan making a subtle sweet play.
Palate: Dark fruit cake and vanilla open the front of the palate, with a creamy milk chocolate, winter berries and rich dark berries, some light ruby chocolate, vanilla and honey adding a sublime richness to the rather elegant, rounded finish.
