Nose: Orchard fruits opening the nose, with a nice sweet fresh cut red apple, hints of banana bread, whipped cream with strawberry sauce, a subtle sweet smoke is coming through as the dram rest in the glass. 


Palate: Some opal fruits, mango and soft peaches in soft syrup, Victoria sponge cake, floral sweet notes, dark dry fruits, a tangy citrus adds to the mid palate rather nicely, a little hint of spices and soft toffee.
