Blackadder's 2015 bottling of a five-year-old Chichibu, only 289 bottles in the world at the time of release

Nose: Fruity and smooth on the nose, no fire to make you pull back on the nose, the Cognac cask has layered this amazing dram so perfectly. 

Palate: As rich on the front of the palate as it was on the nose but with an additional conus of sweet smoke, a small amount of peat was used to dry the barley, as this dram opens in the glass you find sweet grapes and caramel, some sweet honey and glazed fruit buns, a nice spicy note of sweet chilli and fudge.
