Campbeltown Loch Blended Scotch Whisky from Springbank Distillery - 46% - 70cl

Matured in a combination of Ex-Bourbon and Ex-Sherry Casks aged in Campbeltown at Springbank distillery.

Nose: Some sweet honey and soft fruity notes, creamy vanilla and a hint of shortbread, soft tangy notes, butterscotch and a little ginger, subtle pepper and spiced oak.

Palate: The initial taste on the front would lead you to believe its a Springbank distillate rather than a blending of other whiskies from Scotland, the Vatting / blending is perfect, a nice spicy tangy mouthfeel, lots of smooth and rich fruity tones, some caramel toffee, soft smoke like notes and a rich coastal tone.
