Nose: Rich and superbly smooth with red apple and soft caramel wafer, hints of damson and sultana adding to the superbly smooth and rich nose.

Palate: A long and deliciously smooth opening on the palate, lots of rich autumnal fruits with sultana and ripe soft figs with some damson and mulberry, vanilla and subtle ginger and honey wrap the flavours together perfectly across the palate, with a lingering smooth and fruity finish with a touch of sweet soft spices.
