Nose: Fruity with a rich sherry cask aroma, some soft vanilla and strawberries, new season honey and a soft sponge cake. 

Palate: Nicely smooth and very elegant from the first sip, with a creamy cinnamon and honey opening to the palate, some dark fruits like Damson, dates and sweet red grapes, soft sweet spices, some creamy nutty tones, vanilla, with a lingering smooth warming finish.
