This expression uses a mix of unpeated and peated barley in equal measure  

 

Nose : A little citrus note to start, with a great balance of some coastal aromas with hints of seaside rock, a gentle iodine freshness with hints of white and milk chocolate, candied lemon peel, soft cut oak flakes, subtle sweet embers and hard toffee.  

Palate: Hints of fresh cut grass and a little sweet mint, citrus notes from the nose here on the mid palate, with a deliciously tangy spice and salt note, some sweet BBQ smoke and fresh baked brown bread, a little crisp berries and coca cookies, more of that smoke but nicely balanced with a little summer fruit.
