Nose: Islay through and through with a rich aroma of crushed shells, fishing ropes and iodine. A tangy rich mid aroma of salted dark caramel and red velvet sponge, late season ripe red apples. 

Palate: Rich textured mouthfeel with a warming hint of toffee apples and bonfire embers, some red orchard fruit notes, a salty caramel tang with rich dark chocolate, costal notes flow across the palate, with some amazing notes of seafood, fishing ropes, dry tangy spices and a sublime re-emergence of dark fruits, soft tones of drying spices with a hint of damson and vanilla.
