Nose: Some rich floral notes on the nose welcome you to the Highland’s of Scotland with some classic caramel and sweet oak, truffles with a hint of pepper and cream adding a nice balance to this dram.

Palate: Peeled plumbs and apricots, a little citrus and cracked hazelnuts, warm sweet popcorn, peach and pears with a dry oak and parchment and charred oak notes to level this dram out into a superbly rich smooth finish.
