Nose: Fresh baked brioche and lemon icing, sweet orchard fruits and hints of vanilla and honey, as the nose grows the fruity notes subside to reveal some springtime earthy notes, hints of latte foam and peach with nutmeg.
Palate: Lots of rich creamy notes across the whole palate, with shortbread and butterscotch, some sweet vanilla and spices, white chocolate and fresh baked Alaska, some subtle orchard fruits but not overly sweet.
A great dram for the all round palate.
