Named after a coffee house in New Orleans, Famed for being a place that Prohibition kind of overlooked to the joy of those who knew The Sazerac Cocktail was being drank in copious amounts 

The cocktail was originally made with Cognac & Bitters, however,  in time the recipe switched to a Kentucky Rye Whiskey, due to the shortage of Cognac at the time. 

Nose: Smooth and rounded on the whole with a rich aromatic aroma of vanilla and soft spices. Caramel and soft fruits. 

Palate: Opens with a rich spice that builds on the palate, this is balanced out with a creamy soft caramel and honey with a deliciously indulgent vanilla.
