Torabhaig Allt Gleann  from the Isle of Skye bottled at 46% - 70cl 

Nose: Some growing but not overwhelming peat on the front of the nose, Iodine and truffles, crumbly Scottish shortbread, salted caramel with a hint of praline, some lemon and lime notes, fresh tobacco leaves, cedar, spiced caramel. 

Palate: Rather rich with a superbly growing smoke and peat that captures the essence of the western Isles superbly, tangy rich peaty notes are very much the forward taste with a coastal Iodine and sea breeze notes across the palate, citrus and cream notes add a nice rich balance to the whole palate, tropical and stone fruits, some tangy spiced oak on a lingering finish.
