Peat Elements of Islay Full Proof 59.3% 

Nose: A rich pungent smoke and peat, some green grass and hints of lime, lots of coastal and earthy notes, some cocoa and charred oak, sweet at times with spiced apple and tangy salted caramel and pepper, warm leather and soft spices running throughout the nose giving a rich balance.

Palate: Opening notes with a hint of dark chocolate and citrus as a carry through from the nose, the palate is warming and rich as expected with lots of smouldering smoke and peat tones, smoked apple and pears add a fruity element to the taste, candied almond, sea salt and more building smoke and peat as we head in to the a long rich finish, lemon and spices with toasted nuts, some cocoa and sweet smoke create a final push on the palate.
